After we confirm your exchange or return request, then you can send the extensions back with it.We are not responsible for colour differences.
5. In order to ensure the safe transport of the hair extension, be sure to contact us before sending it back, Please! We have the right to refuse to sign for the package if you send them back without our permission! Otherwise, you will be responsible for all the losses arising there from.
